Daily use (adults): Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water

Cautions & warnings: Consult a doctor prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Consult your doctor prior to use if you have iodine-related health issues or if you are taking medications affecting thyroid function. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with. Store in a cool, dry place.

• Iodine (Chondrus crispus Stackh, ascophyllum nodosum, undaria pinnatifida Harvey Suringer) - 100 mcg
• Norwegian kelp powder (Ascophyllum nodosum L.) - 200 mg
• Sea moss extract (Chondrus crispus Stackh) [10:1] - 100 mg
• Wakame seaweed extract (Undaria pinnatifida Harvey Suringer) [30:1] - 150 mg

What does this product do ?

Irish Sea Moss provides 3 types of different seaweeds (Norwegian Kelp, Sea Moss and Wakame). Seaweeds are naturally high in iodine which is essential to support your thyroid function. Your gut microflora will appreciate the prebiotic fibers to stay happy and healthy.

Can I take this product if I have a thyroid condition ?

This product contains iodine, which is used by the thyroid. If you have a thyroid condition, or iodine-related health issues, then consult a doctor before using this product.

Do I have to worry about heavy metals in this product (seaweed is known for this)?

No, the products are tested for heavy metals, including arsenic, and can only enter the market when compliant with USP quality standards and limits.
