Daily dose (adults): Take 1 tablet a day.

Cautions & warnings: 

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, having a surgery, or are taking blood thinners or other medications and/or dietary supplements that affect blood coagulation. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking diabetes, high blood pressure or seizure medications. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Keep out of reach of children. • Walnut seed extract (Juglans regia L.) [5:1] (seed) - 50 mg
• Broccoli sprout extract (Brassica oleracea var. italica L.) (30:1, equivalent to 7500 mg dried sprouts) - 250 mg
• L-theanine - 50 mg

How does Clear Brain work?
