Daily dose (adult): Take 1 tablet a day.

Cautions & warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners, have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Not to be taken by children, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or by those on prescription medication unless under the recommendation of a health care practitioner. Do not use if you have a bile duct obstruction, are allergic to Compositae / Asteracea plants or artichoke. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage.

Can I take it if I have a fatty liver?

 If you have a fatty liver and do not recognize
any of the conditions described in the product warning/risk statements, then you can use Active Liver.

 Is it safe to take all year long as a
daily supplement?

Yes, Active Liver can be taken continuously as long as you do not have: gallstones or have a liver disorder. In those cases you should talk to your doctor before you
consider taking the supplement. Similarly, talk to your doctor if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners, have stomach ulcers or excess
stomach acid, as the product may not be right for you.  In any case of worsening or persisting of
symptoms, please consult your doctor.

Can I drink alcoholic beverages when it?

While there is no contraindication to take
Active Liver with alcohol, it is always recommended to support your liver health by reducing your alcohol consumption according to governmental low risk
alcohol drinking guidelines.
