Magnesium is required for the formation of bones and teeth, for proper muscle function, nerve and tissue formation, and energy metabolism. Magnesium bisglycinate is elemental magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. This form is easily absorbed by the body, which makes it a great option for effortless replenishment of your magnesium levels. It is also gentle on the stomach.

To use the full benefits of magnesium, the body needs to be able to absorb it. This is why Magnesium™ Glycinate + contains magnesium bound to glycine, which is one of the most easily absorbed forms of magnesium. The added long pepper and pine bark further support absorption and normal circulation, respectively.

Daily dose (adult): Take 1 tablet in the morning with food and 1 tablet in the evening with food.

Cautions & warnings: Consult a doctor prior to use if your are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with. Store in a cool, dry place.

Why is magnesium important?

Magnesium is involved in over 300 reactions in the body. It supports the brain, heart and muscles to do their job. Helping with energy, muscle function and electrolyte balance in the body.

What is the difference between Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Glycinate?

Magnesium Malate is magnesium bound to malic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance found in fruits, which has a relatively good bioavailability.

Malic acid is involved in the production of energy in the body, and some people use magnesium malate specifically for its potential benefits in supporting energy production and helping with muscle fatigue. Magnesium Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine, an amino acid. It is commonly used as a well-absorbed and gentle form of magnesium supplementation, particularly by individuals seeking to support relaxation and stress. Magnesium glycinate is often preferred for its high bioavailability and minimal laxative effects compared to some other forms of magnesium.

Do I need magnesium?

Even though magnesium is at the core of so
many important processes in the body, 48% of Americans consume inadequate amounts of magnesium in their diets (especially when not eating enough whole unprocessed foods).

A daily intake of 310 mg magnesium for women and 400 mg magnesium for men is recommended.
