Daily dose (adults): Take 2 tablets daily once a day

Cautions and warnings: Consult a doctor prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid and if you are taking any other medications or dietary supplements (as black pepper may alter their effectiveness). Discontinue use and consult your doctor is any adverse reactions occur. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) is broken. Store in cool and dry place.

• Passion fruit extract (Passiflora eduis L.) (fruit) [5:1] - 150 mg
• Black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.) (fruit) - 12 mg
• Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) - 7 mcg
• Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) - 60 mg
• Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) - 90 mg
• Copper (as copper II sulfate) - 0.36 mg
• Manganese (as manganese II sulfate) - 0.46 mg
