You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a refund, a proof of purchase and a filled out customer complaint for sent by our quality assurance managed needs to be returned to us. Once we receive all necessary documentation, we will initiate a refund to you via your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
